Who is Care for Natural?
Care for Natural is a foundation working in the Netherlands and Gambia with the aim to support the ideas, the work and the activities of the in The Gambia based company & training center Care for Natural by supporting this company with resources. The creation of jobs is our main target.
Which personal information we register and why do we register this
Care for Natural registers data such as: Name, address, postcode, place of residence, email address, age (only when requesting an excursion in connection with the program) and account number. We ask for a curriculum vitae and a Declaration on Behavior from potential volunteers. These are kept in accordance with the legal storage period. All registered data are only used for the purpose for which they are registered, which is: sending newsletters, maintaining contact and receiving donations.
Reactions from visitors
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the response form, the IP address of the visitor and the browser user agent to help detect spam.
Cookies
When you leave a comment on our site, you can indicate whether your name, your e-mail address and website may be stored in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so that you do not need to re-enter this information for a new response. These cookies are valid for one year. Care for Natural does not share any data with third parties and thus third parties do not register any personal information on behalf of Care for Natural.
The term we store your data
All data is stored according to the legal storage periods:
After 7 years, after the beneficiary has withdrawn his authorization and does not wish to receive mail from the Care for Natural Foundation, in connection with the statutory retention period of financial documents.
After 2 years, after the beneficiary has indicated not to make donations / donations (this is not an authorization but payment / donation by own bank transfers) and no longer wishes to receive mail from Care for Natural
Within 1 month after exercising the right to removal
With targeted vacancies for paid work and voluntary work, after 4 weeks after completing the application procedure. Care for Natural informs applicants about this by email. If the applicant / candidate prefers having the data removed after 6 months, he / she must explicitly give permission for this by email.
After 6 months with other applications for voluntary work, internship and open application.
Your rights concerning your data
If you have an account on this site or if you have left comments, you can request an export file of your personal data that we have from you, including all details that you have provided us. You can also request that we delete all personal information we have about you. This does not contain any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

A data breach is immediately reported by the chairperson of the Care for Natural Foundation to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The people involved are personally informed by the chairperson of Care for Natural.

Privacy statement
Care for Natural records details such as name, address, place of residence, e-mail address and other information necessary for the implementation of the donorship (membership) or the processing of a one-off donation. We only provide your data to parties that perform services for our foundation, such as printing companies for the printing of manual collection forms and labels and banks for the processing of debit authorizations, and only those data that are necessary for the processing concerned. All information entrusted to us is treated confidentially by us and by our suppliers. Your email address will only be used to send information that concerns our foundation, such as newsletters about started and completed projects.
Your data will only be used for the purposes for which it was obtained.
You can unsubscribe as a donor at any time. Send an e-mail to secretariscarefornatural@gmail.com. You can also send address changes and other changes to our administration. Care for Natural ensures proper and appropriate protection (both technically and physically) of the person files entrusted to it. Care for Natural does not use any kind of cookies.
